There’s a Miata that’s been parked outside for weeks. Poor thing had the sun roof glass removed from the cloth top and it’s been raining into that car off and on for the last week+. Part of me wants to leave that owner a note saying: “If you don’t want this car, call me.”
It doesn’t look like it’s in bad shape, just not loved. It’s a Mica Gray pre-facelift NC.
In other news: We moved into a new office a few months ago. Our facilities guy is traveling so as the only other person working on our office design (because I’m the branding guy), I’m here making sure our legal requirement to have an employee is on site while our glass is frosted.

That’s not so bad. I do not. Coming in and working on a marketing plan while guys install window film kind of bites when I know that I also have to go buy a suit to wear to a meeting on Monday morning. If I’m lucky, I’ll get four hours of football to myself before I have to go back to work on Monday morning. I don’t get paid extra.

Working weekends is never good. It can’t possibly take that long to apply some frosted decals on windows.... right?
Real shame about that NC - what I don’t get it the owner letting it deteriorate rather than selling it, since I don’t think it’d be too difficult to move an NC (although maybe at this time of year it can, depending on how far north you live).
Unfortunately, I’m not much better off than you are - I’m studying for an exam on a topic that doesn’t interest me in the least - I want to scrape together enough knowledge to pass. Luckily it’s not college or anything, just another course for some other industry accreditation, and my employer pays for it anyway. Still, I’d much rather be playing Overwatch, Civilization VI, or doing pretty much anything else at this point.

Lots of windows. Complex decals.
I hear you. I have Overwatch on this laptop. Would so rather play that than work on this marketing plan.
